MONARCH

welded to the wall of power
mouth open and gasping
a little man
the seed of the beast that surrounds him
the perfect little man
to serve
fifty years they worked in conspiratorial darkness
now the blank and pleasant little man
gets his rom flashed
and we’re off
too late too late
too much time lost and turned back
crashing across the plains
beast moving quiet to cloak
drooling with hatred
WHO DARES TRY MY RULE
little man squeaks and rolls his eyes
doesn’t really understand
not me, he says, not me. wooooo.
